SHIPPING
The shipping quote that shows on check out is just an estimated shipping. We will only bill your C.C. acutual shipping to your zip plus a few dollars for packing etc. If you pay with Pay Pal we will refund any overpaid shipping amount. If no shipping comes up we will send you an email with the shipping before we charge your C.C.

We normally ship within two days as most of our products are here in our warehouse. If an item is out of stock and we have to order it then you will be notified of the delay. Our shipping methods depend on the item purchased. Our checkout shows total weight over 1lb will be shipped via UPS ground insured. If your product is being delivered by UPS Ground, you can expect your product to arrive in 3-5 business days . For items under 1lb you may choose USPS priority with 2-3 day shipping. RETURNS
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it within 3 days of receiving your item. Must be returned in original box and in the same condition as it was when shipped. We will be happy to refund your purchase price less the shipping and return shipping. If you have purchased an item and have just change your mind there will be a 25% restocking fee.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON OPENED TARPS
GV Tools and Tarps is not responsible for canopies or tarps lost due to acts of nature. Acts of nature include wind, snow, rain, floods, hurricanes, severe storms or any other natural occurring event. It is highly recommended that all canopies be secured to the ground with either weight, rope or tie wire. All tarps should be securely attached to the canopy frame ,and bungee ties checked periodically to ensure tightness. If extreme weather conditions are forecasted it is strongly recommended that the canopies / tarp be removed until undesirable weather has passed.
