WHAT DOES 14 X 14 MESH COUNT MEAN: Poly Tarp Construction: Poly Tarps are typically made of multiple layers with a woven mesh fabric sandwiched between two or more polyethylene sheets. ...The higher the count the better quality tarp. 14 x 14 mesh count means there are an average of 14 threads per inch in both the horizontal and vertical direction. Heavier duty tarps will have from 12 to 16 threads... So our 14 mesh count is at the top of the quality list.
The poly tarp is 12 Mil thickness, 6oz per square yard, reinforced double edges, rope reinforced corners, 100% water proof, rot proof & mildew resistant. Heavy duty grommets approx. every 36". All temperature, all season use, Artic flexibility. Finish size is approx. 4-6" less than cut listed size.
